BAG & SACK ADHESIVES
Our R&D department has developed Bag & Sack Adhesives that bond many substrates and provide superior adhesion to a wide range of common paper, new recycled paper qualities and plasticsubstrates. For your application we also can develope custom formulated Bag & Sack Adhesives, that for example:
- Provide an extra strong bond
- Has a high setting speed, quick drying
- Can withstand a high shear
- Can withstand high heat resistant
- Can withstand deepfreeze
Intercol’s adhesives are formulated to be used on most Bag & Sack machines and provide a strong bond to most substrates such as Paper, Non- Wovens and Loop fabrics.

STANDARD RANGE PAPER BAG & SAG ADHESVIES
EHM BC 6006
EHM BC 6006 is a premium food grade, high performance white transparent hot melt formulated for use in the manufacturing of Multiwall bags and sacks. It is used to bond plastics, cartons, papers, non-wovens and provides a very fast tak, high heat resistance (SAFT) and high shear resistance (FTM8).
VA 800 SERIES
VA 800 series are water based laminating adhesives with high tack and good bond to several multiwall bag and sack substrates. VA 800 series have excellent lay-flat properties. It adheres well tomany papers, non wovens, plastics and films.
VA 284 SERIES
VA 284 adhesives may be used as Barrier coating. It offers good resistance to water, oil and grease. Most grades in this range meet FDA regulation 21 CFR 176.170 & 176.180. It may be used on direct food contact applications. Adheres for most coated & non-coated papers, organic packaging materials and boards.
PUR HM 100 SERIES
PUR hotmelt adhesives that provide a very high green strength. This range has a good temperature, moisture and aging resistance. PUR hot melts have low application temperatures in relation to EVA and PO hot melt adhesives. Although still offering a high initial Tack. Formulated for manufacturing plastic to plastic laminations and sealings, cardboard papers, non-wovens, wood, metal. It can be applicated by roll-coater or extrusion system. Some grades provide superior green strength enabling immediate handling after the gluing process..
HEAT SEAL
EHM 6106 is a heat seal Polyolefine adhesive which is easy to reactivate. EHM 6106 provices good adhesion to a variety of substrates including metals, coated films, papers and plastics. It was formulated to adhere to typical difficult substrates.
WINDOW PATCHING ADHESIVES
Waterbased VA 620 series bond most difficult plastics. EHM BC 6000 series are hot melts for difficult to bond substrates, like PP, PET, PO, PET and PLA.
