Intercol’s adhesives are mixtures. All of the materials and other supplied substances used, or in case of polymers the relevant monomers, have been registered. Intercol B.V. hereby states that we comply with downstream user obligations (1907/2006/EC) for all our adhesives. All our adhesives manufactured and distributed by Intercol are compliant with current European legislation, including its amendments and annexes. All our adhesives comply with:
REACh, 1907/2006/EC.
CLP, 1272/2008/EC.
RoHS, 2011/65/EC.
PPW, 94/62/EC.
GMO, 1829/2003/EC and 1830/2003/EC.
Our standard adhesives do not contain:
Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) listed on the ECHA website.
Carcinogenic, Mutagenic or Reprotoxic substances (CMR).
Substances of concern, e.g. epoxy derivatives, phthalates, bisphenol A, conflict minerals.
Plastics appointed as non-recyclable, e.g. materials included on Nestlé’s negative list.
Hydrocarbons of concern, e.g. MOSH/MOAH or POSH/PAO.
Harmful, toxic or organic volatile substances (VOC’s).
